Principal Solicitor Christopher Levingston has practiced Immigration Law for over 26 years and is an accredited specialist in Immigration Law.

He has held his specialisation with the Law Society of New South Wales for over 20 years.

Christopher has extensive experience in migration matters and his wealth of knowledge in the field is sought after. For advice and strategy not only for his clients but to many of his colleagues who are also Registered Migration Agents (RMAs).

Christopher is a passionate and forceful advocate for the rights of his clients and RMAs alike and is a frequent commentator in the media.

Christopher also presents CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for Legal Training Australia and is highly regarded as being one of the few practicing solicitors in the industry who "thinks outside the box" when it comes to complex immigration matters.

We offer a fixed fee service*. We do not bill per-hour like most firms. Clients can rest assured that their matter is handled with strict client confidentiality.

*Fixed Fee means that clients receive a bill for the work to be undertaken in accordance with our fee agreement, some cases require disbursements to be paid, which you will be notified of in accordance with our fee agreement.
